I've been in sales my whole life, I actually enjoy it! I started out in radio sales in my early 20's and ended up being part of an investment group that branched out and developed raw land. During that time, I assisted with developing several projects including: 2 Restaurants, a 20,000 square foot events venue, and 3 hotels which I was hands-on assisting from the very beginning stage from the infrastructure, to building/designing to pre-opening phase, opening and operations. The company I worked for owned and operated, several radio stations and in the span of 7 years added: 3 hotels, 2 restaurants, and events center. This inspired me to increase my knowledge about real estate and pursue my license. (October of 2016). I enjoy working with Buyers/Sellers and investors.
